Laughing at your friend’s death

It is possible to laugh at your friend’s death (and some friends make it easier than others). Monty Python is probably the only group who could make a whole production out of it. They’re doing a panel discussion in Aspen, 1998, and brought out an urn of ashes for Graham Chapman who had died about ten years prior. They had his photo on the urn. Stuff happens.
